Adding A Poll to the website

A poll can be useful for finding out how a large group of people feel about a particular question/subject.

Adding a poll to the Heritage Website is easy. You must be logged in order to create a poll.

1. Under Staff Resources --> create content --> poll

2. Enter the question: i.e. What's your Favorite Color?

3. Make sure to choose your ministry

4. Add the choices you want people to choose. 2 lines appear at first but you can add more choices by clicking on the Add Another Choice.

5. You can also change the poll settings here.

Click save

The poll will show up on the front page (if you choose Miscelaneous Church) of the website on the right side of the page - above the current podcast. For other ministries, it should show up on the right side as well. Before creating a Poll for other ministries, please contact the Admin Team and request that a Poll be shown on your ministry page.
